Constitution

#TheOnlyBookThatMatters
CONSTITUTION
The Constitution of India is the supreme law of India. The document lays down the framework demarcating fundamental political code, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. The original constitution of India was handwritten by Prem Behari Narain Raizada. The architect of the constitution was given by B.R. Ambedkar. The constitution of India contains a preamble, 448 four-hundred, and forty-eight Articles, twenty-five groups, twelve schedule, and five appendices. The constitution of India includes the fundamental Rights and duties of the citizens, the Directive Principles of State policy and the Federal structure of the government of Indian.

Rigidity And Flexibility
A rigid constitution means that the special procedure is required for its amendments whereas the flexible constitution is one in which the constitution can be amended easily. The constitution is hard as well as soft both at the same time. The supreme power needs to be followed carefully to maintain the law and order in the country, on the other side the citizen can appeal to amend the outdated provisions. There are more than a hundred amendments in the constitution from the day of its enforcement. But there are certain provisions that can be easily amended and there are some that take a lot a time and resources to amend. Constitution is the only book that matters because it contains all the rules and rights of the citizens of India.
